Excellent service. Ben was extremely professional explained about all the watches, the face and strap. We were not rushed at all and there was no push to buy there and then. Ben wanted us to take our time and that we could come anytime again to make sure we were truely happy. We were also very interested in the history as our surname is Fear and were very pleased with the book. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nice little boutique, where I had the great pleasure to collect my watch and have a friendly chat among watch enthusiasts with the manager. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd love to visit more often, if only it was a bit closer to where I live (Switzerland)

Took my father's 1940s Fears Watch to be serviced. Both Todd and Richard were very knowledgeable and helpful, giving us a lot of information on the history of the watch. Extremely happy with the sympathetic restoration and service.

It’s been a long journey from first seeing the Polar Brunswick 38 at the Fears HO but finally able to get this phenomenal watch onto my wrist for good. Like the watch, experience with Todd and Richard via the gorgeous boutique venue was first class and extremely personable. Great knowledge and experience but overarched by a clear passion for the Fears brand and the customers who get to own the watches so a big thank you for your time and patience to get my purchase over the line and can’t wait to get stuck into the owners experience to share my passion for both the Fears brand and watches.
